With over 10 years in executive search, Todd Lingle has become well respected for his demonstrated ability and successful track record both with clients and candidates alike. He has been a Senior Partner and Manager of National Search firms. Todd is trained in the executive search model; Todd is able to bring a methodical approach to a search, which has translated to the successful placement of hundreds of candidates in both the U.S. and Canada.
Todd brings a dynamic blend of business acumen combined with strong relationship skills to every search, allowing him to truly understand the needs of his clients and match those with top tier talent. His passion for the process and his desire to consistently provide innovative solutions to the research, identification, selection, and placement of candidates, has allowed him to consistently identify top tier Accounting, Finance, and HR Professionals. His Clients include the likes of GE, Pepsi, Honeywell, Chase, and Cisco Systems. He is well versed in Accounting and Finance search in various industries including; Construction/Homebuilding, Aerospace, Life Sciences, Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, Software/Hi-Tech, Entertainment, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Telecommunications to name a few. As a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, (SHRM), Todd is able to remain current on issues related to Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Retention, Interviewing, Coaching, Training, and Employment Law.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with honors from the University of Colorado, at Boulder, with a concentration in Marketing, and an Associate in Science in Business from Citrus College.
Doug DeNicola

Doug joined Kamus after several years in corporate finance for a recognized Fortune real estate investment company. Prior to that, Doug held an executive level position within a national telecommunications conglomerate. With a decade of experience in industry encompassing operations and finance as well as sales and management.
Doug's experience and depth of business knowledge provide a rich foundation for leading executive searches in a variety of sectors. He has also developed a keen understanding of candidate assessment which enables him to quickly grasp the particular needs of an assignment, resulting in winning results for clients and candidates alike. He is responsible for research and development at Kamus as well as recruiting and placement.
Doug also plays a role in our firm's many community and philanthropy initiatives. Doug graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Spanish.
Shannon Roth
Executive Recruiter
Shannon Roth has more than 10 years of experience and expertise in helping companies assess and enhance their talent management systems and processes. Prior to joining Kamus Executive Search LLC, Shannon served as Corporate Manager - Talent Acquisition for a Global medical device manufacturer.
Shannon's role encompassed building and leading a global team in the development and delivery of recruiting and staffing, college relations, and Executive Search services to her organizations and more than 30 subsidiary companies. Shannon has significant Recruitment and Human Resources experience with much of that experience involving the executive search and staffing functions.
Other previously held positions were within Human Resources, Marketing, and Financial Services. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).
Shannon is a native of Southern California, and is very involved in her community and local charities.
